September 21st - September 25th saw True Athlete Project founder Sam Parfitt head to New Orleans for the US Professional Tennis Association World Conference. Here, tennis professionals from around the world gathered to discuss how best to grow the sport of tennis. The recurring themes of the conference, such as; how we create effective sport parents, how to take the game to poorer communities, and why we need to develop the person before the athlete, and the athlete before the tennis player, demonstrated why The True Athlete Project is so relevant for the sport of tennis.
